Characteristics
Non-toxic, tasteless, and density is small, the strength, stiffness and hardness heat resistance are better than low pressure polyethylene, can use at 100 degrees. Has good performance and high frequency insulation from humidity effect, but low temperature time-varying crisp, and do not wear and aging. Suitable for making general machinery parts, corrosion resistant parts and insulation parts. Common acid, alkali organic solvents on it almost doesn't work, and can be used in the feeder
Use
Reinforced polypropylene (reinforced polypropylene) is polypropylene and glass fiber or organic fiber, asbestos, or inorganic packing (talcum powder, calcium carbonate) mixture. General industrial use of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene contains 10 to 15% of the fiber. Because contain glass fiber and has good heat resistance and dimensional stability. Reinforced polypropylene is mainly used to produce all kinds of mechanical parts, especially the auto parts, and corrosion resistance of pipes and pipe fittings, valves, etc.
