Polypropylene Pumps series is high quality pump and design is all parts into contact with liquid are non-metallic Construction these pump have been designed .Particularly to handle corrosive and highly corrosive or reactive service conditions in chemical & Process industries and can handle Acids, Alkalies, Effluents, Solvents, Slurries etc. The Wetted components of the pump viz. Casing, Impeller, Back Cover, made in Polypropylene ensure excellent resistance to corrosion and shaft sleeves are offered in ceramic, Hastelloy, SS-316, depending upon the liquid Characteristics Pumps can effectively handle corrosive liquids such as HF, HCL, H2So4, H3PO4, HNO3, caustics slurries, and sea water. Acid Picking Recirculation Process, Dyes and Pigments, Tanneries, Paper and Pulp Industries, Effluent Treatment, Chemical Processing, Detergent and Caustics, Breweries, Petro Chemical.

Low head (upto 15) medium capacity pumps coupled to 1440 rpm motors
Excellent for transferring and loading/unloading of acid/alkali

Technical Details:

Single Piece solid moulded casing & Impellers ensure a smooth running of pumps for leak proof long life and minimum of wear.
Shaft Sleeve :-Available with Alloy � 20, SS 316, Ceramic, depending upon the liquids to be handled.
Specially Design heavy duty cast iron bearing housing to accommodate, grease lubricate bearing arrangement reduces bearing failure & Increase its life by minimum three to four times.
Dimensions are standard ensures easy maintenance & replacement of spares & Pumps.
Stuffing Box: The stuffing box is extra deep to reduce leakage and minimize the maintenance.
Sealing by external supply is standard. Pump are available with Externally Mounted Teflon Bellows Mechanical Seals with T- Ceramic Stationary.
