Introduction

DYN3231 is a kind of modified organic silicone material specially applied for releasing the polyurethane elastomer. With good smoothness, isolation, high and low temperature resistance, it is incorrosive to the moulds and convenient for releasing with many times and good effect. In addition, the dilution multiplies high and the coast is low.

Applications

1. Applied for releasing PU teemed elastomer.

2. Applied for releasing other rubber and resin. 

Usage & Dosage

When applied for releasing PU elastomer, it shall be firstly diluted by adding dichloromethane (or toluene, dimethylbenzene, gasoline, 120# solvent oil, etc.) and then uniformly spray or paint the diluted product on the mould. The dilution proportion is decided according to the material, dimension, processing temperature, technical requirement and techniques of the processed polyurethane products. Generally, it is 30-40 times and the specific value shall be decided through testing. 

Packaging, Storage & Transportation

1. It is packaged with polyethylene plastic drums, 25kg/drum.

2. It is stored at room temperature, forbidden to contact with strong acid and alkali materials and transported as non-dangerous goods.
