Raw Material Used : Only ether based soft flexible polyurethane foam scrap. We deal in Ether based material that is preferred worldwide. We can also provide ester based material that comes from different chemical manufacturing process and it is slightly less flexible.
Special Features : We ship scrap into a compressed bale form for easy transportation. Material Consolidators can provide pressing machinery (balers), if needed under certain contractual conditions.

Price :

• The prices of scrap vary greatly depending on quality (i.e. it must be clean, dry, and devoid of all types of foreign objects. Only foam must be available in the bales in different densities, and colors.
• The prices of scrap are driven by market (prices also very seasonally).
• Price is also affected by the location of the supplier, we pay all transportation costs from supplier to warehouse or direct to customer.

Colors & Packaging Available : We supply scrap in light colors. Since, buyers require Polyurethane Foam Scrap which is light in weight it must be Pre-baled by supplier for transportation (weight on truck).
Quality : We provide scrap that is clean & dry, and free of all foreign materials (that are bits of metals, or bits of wood, or hard plastics fasteners. We specialize in providing 100% pure polyurethane foam.
