Pomegranate is among the most popular, nutritionally rich fruit with unique flavour, taste and heath promoting qualities. Maximum cultivation of pomegranate is in states of Maharashtra and Karnataka.

Our supplied pomegranates are carefully picked from productive farm areas to ensure its purity and naturalness, which further helps in maintaining good health. Our fresh pomegranates are abundant in rich minerals, vitamins, polyphenols and flavonoids which work as antioxidant boosters.

Fruit Description

Fruit is nearly round and hard with leather shiny skin. Outside skin is polished and cleaned with soft long hair brush. The edible portion transforms from deep pink to bright red with juicy, crunchy seeds. The fruit has distinctive protruding flower end.

• About 15% 90-100mm. and 350-450 grams.
• About 35% 80-90mm. and 275-350 grams.
• About 50% 75-80mm. and 200-275 grams.

Harvest

• Product is handpicked, immediately forced pre-cooled until 5° Celsius within 7hr. During harvesting period plastic crates are used.

• 3.5 kg. gross, Always guaranteed minimum weight. Tolerance upwards only

• Citric acid% in w/w – below 1.85% | Brix 16.5 +/- 1.5° brix | Tannin below 0.24%

Precooling

• Within 7 hour after harvesting. | Forced air circulation until +5° C | Precooling for 3.5 kg.
• Open top cartons can be done in the final packing
