Penda has unveiled ideas for a series of stacked houses in Hyderabad, India, that will bring gardens high into the sky. The complex is the second phase of Pooja Crafted Homes' Magic Breeze project, which began with a landscape design inspired by Indian stepwells and water mazes.

127 duplex sky villas, ranging in size from 2,600 to 4,000 square feet (240 to 370 square metres), will be part of the 450,000 square foot (42,000 square metre) development. Each will be divided by a double-height private garden terrace. The structure will be integrated into the landscape design, with the park being turned on its side and running vertically up the building's side.

Penda created a landscape for Hyderabad, India, based on stepwells and water mazes seen across the country. The 8,000 square metre (85,000 square foot) Magic Breeze Landscape will service 145 apartments in a Pooja Crafted Homes building when it is finished. Bamboo coves, flower gardens, water displays, and built-in benches will be among the landscape's distinguishing features. The landscape's steps will double as planters for flowers, herbs, and grasses, creating a communal garden for residents.
