Porcelain Shaft

We are offering porcelain shaft.the porcelain shaft is used as the driver and insulation of the dust removing rapping device on corona electrode side of the electrostatic precipitator.
the insulator consists of porcelain body and two end fittings assembled together with thermo-resistant cement, with rolled or sanded connecting surface, with thermo-resistant cushion and resilient coating between porcelain body and end fittings for preventing from loosing and torsion and ensuring mechanical strength.
The porcelain body surface is covered with brown or white glaze while the surface of metal fittings with anti-corrosion painting.
The porcelain shaft conforms to the stipulations of gb/t772-2005technical specifications of high-voltage porcelain insulators. They can be used at surrounding temperature up to 250℃, with working voltage classes from 72 kv to 120 kv, and torsion failing load not less than 1000 n.m.
