BLINEX FILTER-COAT PVT LTD'SPorous Plastic Filter Sheet is manufactured with free-sintered materials that produce filter media that offers excellent filtration of ultra fine particles while maintaining flow ability of gases and liquids.
They are produced of high purity resins approved by the FDA.
The filtration varies depending on the micron size material selected. They can be used for filtering particulate, diffusing or venting gases or wicking applications.
These sheets have excellent corrosion resistance and are chemically resistant to most acids, alkalis, solvents and hydrocarbon based fuels.
If our standard sizes do not meet your needs, custom sizes can be ordered. Your custom size prototype samples will be available quickly. Production quantities will be supplied approximately 3-6 weeks after prototype approval.
POLYPOR^TMPorous Products Group offers a line of standard products in a variety of materials, thickness and grades suitable for a wide range of applications.

Polyethylene (PE) is offered in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium and Coarse grades.
Polypropylene (PP) is available in Medium and Coarse grades.
Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene ( PTFE ) is also available in Medium and Coarse Grades for Corrosion Protection

The sheet grades in this product line have an average mean pore size in the 7-150 micron range with void volumes of 35-50%.
POLYPOR^TM Porous Plastics are naturally hydrophobic, but aqueous solutions which can be forced through under pressure. If a gravity flow of aqueous solutions is desired, we can make the sheet hydrophilic with a special treatment procedure.
POLYPOR^TM Sheet materials are widely used for filtering, diffusing, venting, wicking, fluidizing, air conveying and as membrane supports.
Specific applications include column chromatography supports, ion exchange resin support, battery flame arrestors, fluidized bed air pads and reservoirs for liquids.
Materials Handling Sheet
POLYPOR^TM Material Handling Sheet is a special high density polyethylene porous plastic that has specific usage in fluidizing/powder coating and material handling/conveying applications including:

Fluidizing Board – for powder coating, bulk pharmaceutical processing and food processing
Fluidizing Air Pads – assisting in the unloading of conical storage silos/bins and railroad or truck hopper cars
Air Conveyors – levitating and conveying of powders such as coatings, flour and grains, pigments, cement, fertilizers and lightweight objects, such as stampings, films, electrical components and semi-conductor chips
