Portal Scraper Reclaimer

The portal (half portal) scraper reclaimer is mainly used in the industrial fields of cement building materials, coal, power, metallurgy, steel, chemical, etc. It is for the pre-homogenization of limestone, coal, iron ore and auxiliary materials. The even mixing stacker reclaimer consists of a side boom stacker and a bridge type scraper reclaimer which separately run on their respective tracks. The technology of continuous chevron-shaped material stacking and full-section reclaiming can evenly mix the raw materials to improve physical and chemical properties and reduce fluctuation of components, which will simplify user�s production process and operation, improve their economic benefits.
The portal (half portal) scraper reclaimer is mostly used for stacking bulk materials, such as iron slag, raw coal, etc., with the features of large storage at stockyard, less land occupation, high reclaiming capacity. It is applicable to stock yards with large spans and cross-stack operation.
