The insulator consists of porcelain body and two end fittings assembled with thermo-resistant cement, with rolled connecting surface, thermo-resistant cushion and resilient coating between porcelain body and end fittings for ensuring solid connection and mechanical strength.
The post insulators conform to the stipulations of gb/t772-2005:technical specifications of high-voltage porcelain insulators. They can be used at temperature up to 250�, with working voltage classes from 72 kv to 120 kv, and compression failing load not less than 500 kn
