Ultra-fine, ultra-high brightness of potash feldspar powder has been called as nightmare of the filtration industry because of its following features like small particle size, settling fast, high viscosity, condensation fast, poor filtration and the extremely demanding for the whiteness of potash feldspar powder. Our R & D team keep pace with the development of the times and make a breakthrough improvement again the traditional disc filters. We have gained all-round innovation on the technical bottleneck in material whiteness, inspiratory capacity, air control, non-metallic contact surface treatment. The potash feldspar processing disk vacuum filter we produced prove a good practical effect. Disc vacuum filter has a high processing capacity (0.4-0.5t / h.) and low cake moisture (13-17%) to process ultra-fine, high whiteness potash feldspar.
