1.The foundation adopts the high tenacity heddle of chinlon-6, the longitude is of a diameter of 0.2 mm * 6 combination rayon yarn, and the latitude is of a diameter of 0.2mm * 4 combination rayon yarn. The weave structure is the plate weave to ensure stability, water permeability and air permeability. The foundation is smoothness and tensile strength.
2.The cover material is the chipped chinlon fiber 15D and 30D to lay on the foundation level by level. It ensures water and air permeability, enhances the abrasion resistance of foundation to lengthen the using time. Above material is the best choice to filter blanket. Chinlon have a great resistance to strong base.

Needle adopts 12 times deep process. The foundation is produced by 9 meters loom. Needle-punching is acted by double needle district needle-punching machine.
