Potato Drying Machine

After the process of washing of sliced potato with water the excess surface water needs to be removed before it can be sent for frying, drying machine does this exact process to remove the excess water and make potato dry. Dryer machine which is centrifugal system removes approximately 30% to 40% of water enabling the potato to be fried properly machine. Contains S.S.basket with storing capacity is 8 to 10 Kg sliced potatoes.
