Contact SupplierThe tse2032 locates gas-leaks in a package by submerging it in water and then applying a vacuum. A stream of bubbles emanates from any leakage point. An operator places the package on the water surface and closes the lid. A grid integrated in the lid pushes the sample below the surface. The air-supply lever then turns on the vacuum, and some slight pressure on the lid initiates the test. Once the leak has been identified, or the package passed, turning off the air-supply lever rapidly removes the vacuum and the lid pops-open.
• made from transparent acrylic
• simple test initiation
• observe vacuum applied on a digital vacuum gauge
• vary the vacuum generated with regulator knob, and hence the force applied to the package
• oh&s - lift-assisted lid reduces operator fatigue
• o-ring recessed into lid to reduce wear-and-tear
• oh&s - drain valve minimizes lifting while full of water
• screw-reinforced construction for years of trouble-free use
