Dubond's Hydrotite LW Powder is composed of waterproofing additives, dispersed in inert fine filler. It is an integral powderwaterproofing admixture used for waterproofing of concrete and cement plasters as it makes the concrete cohesive & reduces porosity & improves the wat er tightness. It meets the requirements of IS : 2645 – 75 standard.

Method of Application

• HAND MIXING
• Add Hydrotite LW Powder to the dry mix of cement sand and mix evenly with a Gurb Hoes / Spade, until an even mix is obtained.
• Add the measured quantity of potable water as per decided W/C ratio and mix to a homogeneous & uniform consistency concrete / mortars.
• Use the mixed concrete / mortar as desired for the usage provided.
• Cure the concrete / mortar surface as per regular practices of water curing

Machine Mixing

• Charge the cement & sand as per the mix design into concrete mixer & mix for one minute. Add 500 gm of Hydrotite LW Powder for every 50 kg bag of cement and mix for one minute.
• Add the measured quantity of potable water as per W/C ratio and mix for 2-3 minutes to a lumps free homogeneous concrete.
• Use the mixed concrete / mortar as desired for the usage provided.
• Cure the concrete / mortar surface as per regular practices of water curing.

Precautions & Limitations

• Do not add Hydrotite LW Powder directly to water.
• Do not add Hydrotite LW Powder in wet concrete/ mortar.

Shelf Life & Storage

In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water.
Keep out of reach of children.
