The ball press is mainly composed of a feeding system, a pressing system, a forming die, a transmission system and a discharge system. The raw materials enter the conveying device through the hopper and are evenly distributed in the pressing chamber. The pressing system usually adopts a double pressing roller structure, and high pressure is applied through hydraulic or mechanical transmission to make the materials dense and formed in the mold chamber. The mold design is diverse, and different specifications of the ball can be customized. The transmission part is composed of a motor, a reducer and a gear group to ensure the synchronous operation of the pressing roller. The finished products are automatically collected through the discharge port, and some models are equipped with cooling or dust removal devices. The overall structure is compact, and the pressure range is is suitable for the granulation processing of powdery materials.
