We offer excellent quality powder bonded fibreglass mat for our customers. It is also known as fusion-bond epoxy powder coating or FBE coating. Coating application requires temperatures in the range of 180 to 250 °C for the contents of the powder to melt and transform to a liquid form which wets and flows onto the surface on which it is applied. it becomes solid coating by chemical cross-linking and the process is known as �fusion bonding�.
It is an epoxy based powder coating and is widely used in:
Protect steel pipe used in pipeline construction
Concrete reinforcing bars (rebar)
Protect piping connections, valves etc. From corrosion
