Powder Coating Booth

The modular power coating booths we offer are designed for manual and fully automatic coating applications. The booths help increasing productivity. The booths leverage on high technology and ensure there is enhanced air flow and maximum transfer efficiency. The power coating booths are fabricated in batch type and conveyor type.

They are structured with 18 gauge GI sheets and cyclone recovery tank with CR sheet. The sprayed powder is passed to cyclone, where powders get collected in a basin and the air exits through the duct in dry condition. The recycled powder can be reused. There is no powder spillage out of the booth and there is maximum recovery too.
