Powder Coating Booths

This model is recommended for medium jobs upto dimensions 2" x 3" x 4" to be loaded from front side however occasional larger jobs can be inserted from the side by opening hinged side doors. The spray chamber has octagonal shape due to whcih the air suckeed expands after entering inside it. Hence at the central coating zone the air velocity is minimum and at the walls it is higher. This gives better transfer efficiency, less powder deposition on the walls.
Ths specially shaped trough with slopping sides at the bottom of the booth minimises accumulation of powder which makes it very easy for cleaning and quick colour changes with minimum deadstock of powder. The multicyclone recovery ( 4 module) system ensures extreamely high levels of powder recovery above 98 percent. The 3 H. P. blower meets the regulations of internationnal pollution control norms and maintain the velocity over LEL (Lowest Explosive Level).
