Powder Coating FINISHING

GarDel offers a vast array of finishes including Powder Coating as well as Enamel Based, Water Based and Urethane wet spray applications. Our combination wet and powder coating paint line has a three stage enviro-friendly phosphate pre-wash with rinse system which insures all materials are thoroughly cleaned prior to the painting process, meeting salt spray tests of up to 300 hours.
Currently GarDel has two independent paint systems; our 625 ft. automated line is capable of material sizes up to 36” wide x 54” high x 120” long and our Independent dust free enclosed paint
chamber is capable of material sizes up to 96” wide x 96” long x 84” high.
GarDel offers both Oven baked or Air Dry finishes with guaranteed colour match, texture, adhesion and gloss control on all painted parts. Utilizing world class suppliers we can supply FDA & Health Canada approved paints for all Standard RAL and custom colours as required.
