SHARAN ELECMECH offers powder coating on steel and aluminium FABRICATION components. Equipped with twin painting booths that allow quick colour changes, the facility handles large and small batches. The powder coating plant is conveyor operated and allows batches of components up to 3 metres long, 1.5 metres high and 600mm wide to be processed efficiently in a full range of colours and finishes. Components pass through a EIGHT-stage pre-treatment process to ensure that they are fully degreased and phosphate-coated to give excellent paint adhesion.
