Power Distribution Transformer

These are overhead type distribution transformers, suitable for direct pole mounting, completely self protected against lightning or switching, surges and secondary overloads. Three Phase Power Distribution Transformers are capable of withstanding mechanical and thermal stress caused by short circuiting in accordance with IS 2026. These can be supplied either in corrugated panel or pressed steel radiators.
We can provide Power Distribution Transformer in a range of 25KVA to 20MVA with voltage class of 33 KV. Our Power Distribution Transformers can convert-level voltages from one level or phase configuration to another. They can include features for electrical isolation, power distribution, and control and instrumentation applications. Transformers typically rely on the principle of magnetic induction between coils to convert and / current levels.
These power transformers can be configured as either a single-phase primary configuration or a three-phase configuration. Transformers are available with either copper or aluminum windings. These transformers can be free breathing while hermetically sealed are without breathing with bolted cover.
Distribution Transformers
The liquid filled transformers can be supplied with cooling either by corrugations on the side of the tank or Pressed Steel Radiators mounted on tank body. Transformers can be filled with either oil one of several low flammability synthetic fluids. Both the type can be supplied with HV and LV Switchgear incorporated into substations.
