Power Grace Power Grout Plus

Power Grout Plus is a single component SBR based bonding agent and cement modifier. It is suitable as an admixture for obtaining waterproof concrete, plasters & mortars for various applications.
- It is used as an admixture for better look & smoothening the joint, filled with cement.
- For improving tensile and shear adhesion, so as to improve the bond of vertical plaster mortar.
* High solid white product, hence, can be used in GRC products.
* It can be used in water content area, such as, swimming pools, fountains, dams, as well as high flexibility needed areas, such as, bridges, canals and industrial flooring areas.
* It can be used for high bonding with glass tiles, vitrified tiles, natural stones, alluminium and other building construction products.
* It can be applied in patch work mortar.
* Increases flexibility & tensile strength.
* Increases weather resistance of grout.
* Increases durability & high bonding - Increases flexibility & tensile strength.
* Reduces staining. - Increases weather resistance of grout.
* It is excellent for grouting tiles with high absorptive levels
* Rendering with cement mortar. - Filling joints with cement / cement mortar
* Pour 100ml of Power Grout Plus with 200ml of clean water into a clean container. Add 1 kg of cement slowly and continuously.
* In case of cement mortar, dilute 100 ml of Power Grout Plus with 200ml of water and add to the wet mix of cement & sand. Mix until a smooth paste consistency is achieved. Apply the paste in joints, renderings and other recommended applications.
* 18 months from the date of manufacturing. Store in cool & dry place in sealed condition and prevent from direct sunlight.
* Avoid contact with skin & eyes.
* Incase of contact with skin, rinse with clean water and then clean with soap water.
* In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical advice.
* Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, eyes protective equipment during the application.
