Samay-Asia Power Press Automation Unit is a developed accurate and styled machinery unit to improve stamping line production and manpower saving. It is invented to handle a wide range of material width and thickness reduce waste. Its ergonomic design provides more efficient operation and enhanced capabilities to meet your specific press room needs.
Machinery rollers adopt the solid bearing steel and hard chrome plating treatment. All rollers made of D2 material, and have all been quenched, hard chrome-plated, and grounded with HRC 62°. The additional loop support enables the straightening and result much better.

The developed design reduces wastage.
