Our Contribution to this section is by design suggestion & execution of fabricated assemblies for circuit breaker housings, UPS cabinets & Signaling System Boxes. Bigger assemblies are processed with the help of professionally designed and manufactured fixtures to save manufacturing cost, through-put time and to achieve repeatability. Our existing clients include some of the biggest MNCs in India. Products OVCBs (Outdoor vacuum circuit breaker) Housings OVCBs includes a housing, base frame, breaker and canopy. We manufacture weatherproof cabinets for medium volt (12KV to 36 KV) circuit breakers. We can also provide enclosures with IP 54 protection which provides high level of security against dust particles and specified protection from water entry into the housing. These can also be provided with zinc spray protection and powder coated finish. IVCBs (Indoor vacuum circuit breaker) We also provide Breaker Handling Trolleys with Drive Mechanism and Breaker Casings for various panels as per customer’s design. Low voltage ACB Enclosures We supply fabricated and dully wired enclosures for low voltage air circuit breakers for switchgear applications. The Air circuit breakers range from 400 A to 2000 A. The specialty of these products is the elegant designs with high ‘strength to weight’ ratio. This economizes the final assembly cost. Signaling System Enclosures Big and miniature enclosures for indoor and outdoor signaling systems are being supplied by us adhering to world class design norms. High definition Laser systems, Metal joining systems available on our shop-floor; makes it possible to accommodate various versions of these designs. Battery and UPS Enclosures Battery and UPS sensitive boxes can be supplied in a variety of sizes, are typically semi-customized as per your application requirements. As some of today's electronics are very sensitive, so UPS boxes are available with extra space inside to house your OEM systems, so that you have one less outdoor enclosure to deal with. These can be provided in single or double skin thermal protection depending upon the end application parameters.
