Moniba pumps offers, horizontal chemical process pumps in polypropylene construction These pumps are centrifugal type volute casing pumps in PP construction in process application of corrosive liquid handling, All contact parts are made of virgin copolymer PP with high wall thickness for better impact resistance and stability. All PP components are made of injection mould of good quality injection mould. Rotating parts are dynamically balanced to give better efficiency and longer service life. The pump is available with ceramic, SS 316 or FRP shaft sleeve. Sealing arrangement in the form of PTFE gland packing or mechanical seal as per the process liquid .These pumps are suitable for effluent treatment plants , filter press application, acid transfer, boiler de-scaling , pickling in steel plants ,electroplating etc. the pumps are offered in 10 different models with max capacity 96 m³/hr and max head 49 meter. PVDF pump for high temperature liquid also can be supplied. volute casing, impeller, back plate is made of one piece injection mould from Imported PVDF powder. Applications Scrubbing of corrosive gases like Cl2, F2, I2, SO2, SO3, CO3, NH3 Effluent treatment, water treatment. Pickling in steel rolling mills. Drugs & pharmaceutical industries. Temprature range from 0 - to 80 Deg can handle by PP MOC. Temprature range from 0 - to 130 Deg can Handle by PVDF MOC. All components are interchangable.
