Polypropylene is an economical material that offers a combination of outstanding physical, chemical, mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. Compared to low or high-density polyethylene, it has superior working temperature and tensile strength. 
Polypropylene rods provide excellent resistance to organic solvents, degreasing agents and electrolytic attack. They are light in weight, resistant to staining and have a low moisture absorption rate. These rods are tough, heat-resistant and ideal for the transfer of hot liquids or gases, having excellent resistance against acids and alkalis.

Applications

Used for Impellers in chemical pumps, flanges in chemical lines, pulleys, and various machine parts.
