PP Spine Welding Shuttle Tray

This specially customized unique machine is a combination of PP Spine Welding Machine with shuttle trays. The label is placed along with the spine and the output is a neat weld at a single stroke. This eliminates the tedious job of inserting the label after the seal thereby increasing the production. The Shuttle tray system again optimises productivity. Presence of gauges on the left and right slide-in trays facilitates accurate positioning and gives a classic finished look. A heavy duty pneumatic press provides the necessary pressure.
