PP White Granules contain finely dispersed Rutile Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) in resin matrix. High flow LLDPE carrier resin base specially formulated masterbatches with highly-dispersed Titanium Dioxide particles from 20% to upto 60% will offer optimum opacity to a product.

Due to specialty dispersing agent and compounding machine, high loading of TiO2 could be possible in the resin, without sacrificing quality. Being characterized with good filtration performance, good weather resistance performance, no deviation and no turning yellow, these masterbatches show excellent performance in PE base Monolayer and Multilayer films, Sheets and all kinds of Moulded products.

PS unique formulated White Masterbatces reduce UV degradation effect. Depending on product thickness and colour intensity, the concentration of masterbatch will vary.
