PPR Pipe Fittings Inserts

These Male-Female Moulding Inserts are installed during Injection Moulding of PPR-C (Poly Propylene Random Copolymer Pipe And Fitting) like Male Female Coupling, Elbow and Tee, later which helps in fixing other joints of PPR-C Pipes to close or cover that end or to give the extension to PPR-C Pipes. Hence we take utmost care of the Inner Diameter (I/D) and their various threads like 1/2", 3/4" or 1" for the perfect tightening in it.

We manufacture various types of Brass Inserts for PPR-C Fittings like:

• Brass Male Round Inserts
• Brass Female Round Inserts
• Brass Hexagon Inserts

The special features of Brass Inserts are:

• Threads as per international GO & NO-GO Standards.
• Deep groove for maximum pull out resistance.
• Inner diameter (I/D) after threads with very close tolerance to prevent unnecessary flush to inter into the inserts.
• Available Knurling are Diamond Knurling, Straight Knurling, Unidirectional Knurling or as specified.

Packing : Available in 50, 100, 200 nos. or gross or as specified

Size : Shall be manufacture only as per Customer's specified Drawings and Samples.

Threading : Various types and sizes of Threading like B.S.W., B.S.F., B.S.B., B.S.P. & B.S.P.T as per British Standard Whitworth Form and N.C. & U.N.C., N.F. & U.N.F., N.P.T & N.P.S., N.S., N.E.F. etc as per American National Form Threads are available. All threads shall be as per International GO & NO-Go Standards.

Plating/Finish Available : Various types of Plating/Finish like Natural, Nickel, Silver, Tin or as specified are available as per specified layer of microns.

Material : High grade free cutting brass as per IS 319 (Type 1) or BS 249 (Type 1) or any other special Brass material composition as per customer requirement.
