Pravalapanchamrutha is an ideal medicine for treating all kinds of pains that include  Sula (Pain) and Parinama sula (Abdominal pain during digestion) and Joint pains etc. Apart from which, this medicine is effective in addressing to a host of digestive system related disorders including enlargement of liver, spleen and Abdomen, abdominal tumours (gulma) indigestion, loss of appetite and dropsical swellings due to pitta among others.

Ingredients :
1. Pravalabhasma 2. Moukthikabhasma 3. Sankhabhasma 4. Sukthibhasma 5. Varatabhasma.
Indications :

• Useful in sula and parinama sula, enlargement of liver, spleen and Abdomen, abdominal tumours (gulma) indigestion, loss of appetite, Heaviness and uneasiness in the heart and chest, dropsical swellings due to pitta and pains in the joints.
• A well tested remedy in calcium deficiency.
• Useful in hypothyroidism and help maintain a healthy heart.

Dosage :
One tablet twice a day with buttermilk (or) as directed by the physician.

• Use one dose in the morning and one in the evening adding equal dose of the powder of sounth with buttermilk for parinamasula, sula and indigestion.
• Use one dose in the morning and one in the evening with the decoction of triphala or with the fresh cow urine for enlargement of liver, spleen, abdomen and abdominal tumours.
• Use one in the morning and one dose in the evening with betel leaves for cough, hard breathing.
• Pravalapanchamrutabhasma 10g, powder of rasna 1g blended with Rasnadi panchaka kashaya and made into 25 tablets.
• Use one tablet in The morning, one in the evening with buttermilk for rheumatic pains and swellings.
• The tablet should be divided into particles and mixed with the butter milk. The tablet should not be chewed.
• These tablets are available in a tin packing.

Caution : If tablet is chewed soreness on tongue and throat may occur.
