Smooth High-purity Cellulose Fibers Pre-Compressed Press Boards

Pre-Compressed Press Boards are high-density insulation materials manufactured from high-purity cellulose fibers through a controlled pressing and drying process. These boards are engineered to deliver excellent electrical insulating properties, high mechanical strength, and dimensional stability, making them ideal for use in transformers, switchgear, and other high-voltage electrical equipment. With a typical density range of 1.0 to 1.3 g/cm³, they exhibit excellent dielectric strength, low compressibility, and uniform thickness across sheets.
