Our Hills Pre-Insulated Aluminium Duct introduces revolutionary foam based preinsulated duct system, which is more energy efficient, environmental-friendly and safer compared with traditional sheet metal duct system. We specialize in air distribution field as well as other insulation purposes.

Our Pre-Insulated Aluminium Duct is double skin PU/PIR pre-insulated sandwich panel composed of three layers. The top and bottom layers are made of smooth or embossed aluminium foil with 80 microns' thickness. The middle layer is made of high density PU/PIR foam with fire resistance of building industrial standards. Our Pre-Insulated Aluminium Duct is widely used in various project types such as offices, commercial centers, airports, hospitals, clean rooms, labs, public buildings, hotels, industrial facilities. In addition to Duct Panel System, we provide complete tools and accessories to satisfy various installation requirements. • Manual Bendong Tools : For making radius elbow and fitting, easy operation and no electricity needed
• Aluminium ruler 1200 mm and 4000 mm : With locking system easy and fast locking of the panel to work table for precise and straight cuts
• Tablecomplete with carpet : Designed economically to provide easy and best result. The carpet is to ensure smooth cutting process and to protect the blade to a more long term use.
