In 1993, BALU ENGINERING WORKS was established in Coimbatore by Mr. A. Devasundaram and Mr. A. Balasundaram, as an enterprise for steel fabrication works. The basic business field in the start-up of BALU ENGINERING WORKS was the fabrication and installation of steel gates, grills, windows & doors for specific construction projects in the emerging State of Tamil Nadu.
The marketing performance and the product fabrication quality of BALU ENGINERING WORKS caused to an outstanding customer’s satisfaction. Therefore the market coverage improved and other business activities were added to the core business, to ensure the competitiveness and sustainability for the future market. So on 2010 BALU ENGINERING WORKS has opened one another unit called UNIQUE ROOF PRIVATE LIMITED to carried out heavy designing, fabricating and installing of heavy steel structure works with the help of well advanced machineries and equipment.
In the following 7 years till 2010 UNIQUE ROOF PRIVATE LIMITED was completed by several developments on our working fields. We are capable to produce any size of Pre Engineered Metal Building structures. We undertake design, development, manufacture and erection. Materials produced by modern machineries with International Quality Standards of ASTM, JIS, AS and also Indian Standards.
We produce UNIQUE brand C & Z purlin, Pre Painted Galvanized Steel Sheet for roofing with different sizes as per your imagination. We undertake polycarbonate sheet roofing’s with aesthetic designs.
Our products and services covers the entire country from the limit of local state and reached up to the overseas countries like, Srilanka, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Iraq etc..
Along with the service oriented segments, on 2013 Unique Roof Private Limited started the Unit-II for manufacturing of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) along with Aluminium Coil colour coating line with the wide range of products at marvellous quality.
