t APM, we provide precision CNC machining services to customers in a wide range of industries. Our expertise as a producer of high quality precision machined components is built on over 50 years of combined experience in engineering and metallurgy. We operate state-of-the-art machining centers, lathes and mills capable of tolerances of ±.00005"±1.76 microns, on components up to 3500 pounds.
As we are capable of numerous machining processes. We operate CNC equipment of two to five axis, and provide in-house fabrication of fixturing. Working with various metals such as steel, aluminum, brass, nickel, and exotics, as well as composites, and a wide range of plastics, we specialize in stainless steel such as 300, 400, 17-4, 15-5, and 13-8 series alloys.
We provide our services to customers in numerous industries including aerospace, agriculture and industrial automation, just to name a few, producing products such as aviation components, earth moving equipment, tooling, specialized machines, molds, and castings. We also offer a full-line of value added services and finishing capabilities. We can provide engineering and design assistance as well as material procurement, from prototype to full production runs. Other services such as heat treating, plating, welding, assembly, and light fabrication can also be provided.
