Knight Manufacturing Co., Inc. precision CNC turning capabilities can be applied to the wide range of metals and plastic polymers used in everything from forgings and castings, in industries from aerospace to construction. We typically work to +- .0002" tolerances but when required, we readily meet tighter tolerances by leveraging our grinding capabilities.
Because we are a specialty production shop, we can produce a single unit or several thousand pieces. We can build tooling for outside shops such as jigs, fixtures, progressive dies. Knight has the expertise and experience required to design and build as well as the flexibility needed to provide just-in-time, ship to stock and Kanban services amongst others.
We service a wide range of diverse industries, from automotive and fire suppression to motorcycle and stamping. To meet customer needs, Knight offers many secondary services, from plating to deburring and degreasing to statistical process control. Our experience, expertise and technical capabilities also allow us to work with many formats, such as DXF, Catia and Unigraphics. We comply with the standards of multiple agencies, including the most commonly recognized, such as the American National Standards Institute, American Society for Testing and Materials and International Organization for Standards (ISO) as well as the more specialized , for example, REACH and RoHS.
