Precision Spliced O-Rings

We carry a wide range of sizes in both Viton® and Silicone materials. Using our hot vulcanizing process we can create seemless spliced rings with extremely durable spliced joints. With our precision measuring, our strict tolerances are closer to that of molded rings than the RMA1 standard that our competitors adhere to. Because we use actual raw material for splicing and not an adhesive, you can be sure that the joint on our spliced rings will carry the same heat and chemical resistance as the extruded rubber.
