SUPER FINISHED PRECISION ROUND BARS WITH UNSWERVING DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCE!

Precision round bars are solid bars having a circular or round cross-section. They are largely manufactured from stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, case hardening steel, and alloy. These bars are produced by using hot/cold rolling methods and are offered in a variety of sizes.

Custom-made Cold Rolled Precision Stainless Steel Bars is made by Ambica Steels’ premium product lines. They are the result of our ultra-modern machines and equipment placed in the state of the art facilities based in and around India’s capital – New Delhi.

For more than 45 years, Ambica Steels has considered as one of the pioneer manufacturers, suppliers, and exporters of super finished precision round bars in India and abroad. The Testing and Ultrasonic Inspection techniques followed at facilities ensure that the cold rolled precision stainless steel bars are free from any faults and internal defects. Our team of expert engineers employs special finishing machines to refine the stainless steel bars and make sure that their surface roughness and size tolerance are attained as desired by the clients.

Ultrasonic Inspection & Eddie Current Testing ensures that the bars are free from any internal defects. The bars are then finished using the specially designed finishing machines which ensure that the size tolerances (including the out of roundness) and surface roughness are achieved as desired.

Crack Test	Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).
Ultrasonic Test	100% tested through Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, as per ASTM A-388, EN 10308 (class 1 to 4), API 6A/ISO 10423:2003-PSL 3, SEP 1920:1984 (class A,B,C), MIL STD 2154
Length Tolerance	Available in special cut to length bars in tolerance of -0/+10 mm (-0/+0.5 inch)
Straightness	Up to 0.25 mm/meter TIR (0.0015 inch/feet)
Surface Finish	Centreless Ground & Belt Polished upto Ra value 0.2 microns (12 RMS) and 24-320 Grit Polished
Heat Treatment	Annealed, Solution Annealed, Quenched and Tempered (QT), Double Ageing/Double Tempering
Packaging	Packaging is done using a variety of protective materials and distance rings, and then places in the strong plywood boxes to ensure safety of material during transportation
