Knight Manufacturing Co., Inc. offers precision wire EDM services to a wide range of industries, from aerospace and agriculture to foodbeverage and militarygovernment. Our wire electrical discharge machining capabilities are a big part of our tooling capabilities, and can be applied to heat-treated components, fasteners, tooling and dies.
We rely on CNC control capabilities and can work with anywhere from two- to six-axis in steel, aluminum and titanium to name just a few of the metal materials we can handle. To meet customer needs, Knight offers many secondary services, from engraving to painting.
Our experience, expertise and technical capabilities also allow us to work with many formats, such as DXF, Catia and Unigraphics. We comply with the standards of multiple agencies, including the most commonly recognized, such as the American National Standards Institute, American Society for Testing and Materials and International Organization for Standards (ISO) as well as the more specialized , for example, REACH and RoHS.
