Specifications:
rigid pvc foam profile with integral skin is characterized by fine cellular structure and fine smooth surface. It is further characterized by excellent screw holding strength more than 200 kgf as per is: 4020, shore hardness d of more than 70 and fire retardant grade I material (self extinguishing) as certified by recognized testing institute like cipet. Other inherent characteristics are like water proof, termite proof, premium surface, no post maintenance, easy to assemble, workability with normal carpentry tools, chemically resistant, light weight etc.
wall panels
side wall panels are made with sandwich panel 64mm thick made of solid pvc foam profile section fp 10012 cladded on both side having tongue & groove design with 4mm thickness with 12mm thick ribs fixed to tubular frame structures. Eps sheet is provided for insulation. Wall panels are joined together with m.s. Frame structure at base and vertical columns at ends & center. Specially designed stiffening pipe structure with interlocking design allows for easier and faster installation
roofing: sandwich roofing is made of 50mm thick roofing profile of 100mm x 12mm. Roofing is fixed. wall panels are assembled with interlocking pipe structure connecting the base frame and trusses and corner columns giving rigidity to the prefabricated structure.
