• roof
  • fabricated using pre-painted 0.50mm thick steel sheet.
  • this is fixed with proper 'j' hook bolts and nuts to the steel box section purlin, trusses and column.
  • • wall
      • construction is done with gi profile cement sheet insulated with expanded polystyrene core.
      • bottom track : 1.0 mm thick 'u' profile gi sheet fixed using proper dash fastener on the cement platform.
      • panels : two panels with 1.22m width and 10mm thickness. Asbestos free ncl bison panel made as per is 14276. The panels have a 27mm gap which is filled with 27 mm thick expanded polystyrene core. The core weighs 16kgcum and is properly bonded using poly vinyl acetate base compound. The panels are sandwiched together and duly fitted to the track at the bottom. Panel edges have 0.63mm thick 'h' profile gi steel section that is held in 0.63mm thick profiles that are 'h' shaped and made of g.i. 'u' shaped top track of 1.0mm thickness conceals the topsides and corner ends of the walls. Wall height is approx 10-0 or as per the requirements of clients.
      • • columns, trusses and purlins
          • columns : standard suitable ms box as per design.
          • trusses : steel box section of proper size as top and bottom chards
          • struts and purlins : steel box sections of adequate sizes with complete ms box sections as per the design.
          • design of the columns, trusses and purlins is in accordance with recommended structural standards for span and design.
          • • door and window
              • made of mild steel.
              • false ceiling : made of decocil panel which is 3.2 mm thick and has thermocol pasted over it along with g.i. 't' grid.
              • • painting
                  • internal obd and exterior has roller finish
                  • steel section : primered and painted with enamel
                  • • pvc modular huts
                      • wall the walls & roof are to be made of solid pvc foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 100mm wide tongue & groove design with 4mm thickness with 12mm thick ribs of required shade. internal batten shall be made of solid pvc foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral having 35mm width and 17mm thick. Solid pvc foam profiles with smooth integral skin of size 39 x 10mm shall be fixed at the edges to remove waviness of walls (optional). heights of the wall are approx 8’-0” or are kept as per customer’s requirements.
                      • columns, trusses & purlins columns are made of standard suitable ms box as per design. trusses are also made of steel box section of suitable size as top and bottom chards and as struts and purlins are made of steel box sections of suitable sizes of ms box sections complete as per our design. (the trusses, column & purlins are designed as per recommended standards by qualified structural designer as per the span & design requirement.)
                      • door and window doors & windows shutter 28mm thick shall be made of solid pvc foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 71mm width & 28mm thick as vertical & horizontal stiles. Joints are made using solvent adhesive and m s pipe frame (40mm x 20mm) stiffener frame insert & telescopic polymeric “l” corners. the panel shall be filled with 3mm thick high-pressure compact laminate on both sides which are adhered together with specialty adhesive to 15mm thick expanded polystyrene sheet in between as per manufacturer’s guidelines.
