Metal Preform Perpendicularity Tester

Preform Perpendicularity Tester is a consistent tool that helps the manufacturer in testing the perpendicularity of PET preforms. It is based on the principle to test the accuracy of the shape and size of preforms. With Preform Perpendicularity Tester, PET Preform Perpendicularity is checked as it is dependent upon the shape, size, and quality of the product. It had a basic turntable where the preform is placed and rotated with a probe checking the differential in movement.

Presto’s perpendicularity tester is widely used to check the perpendicularity of PET bottles and performs. The instrument is equipped with a basic turnable where the bottle specimen is placed and revolved with a probe to check the differences in movement.

The product is engineered to provide reliable output and to detect the least deviation set perpendicularity. The testing machine has a digital readout of movement which provides accuracy up to 0.01mm least count.
