We began walking the path of textile manufacturing in the year 1985 setting up just 25 conventional power looms. Currently, we manufacture high
quality yarns for both knitting and weaving which can be customized according to various needs Our combined fabric production capacity from both shuttleless (auto looms) and conventional power looms are around 20 lakh meters.
SHUTTLELESS LOOMS
With auto looms we are capable. of producing ultra fine count fabric in narrow and wider-width which produces around 12 lakh meters a month.
We produce with various pick insertions, with maximum warp. the density of 110 ends/cm (280 ends/ inch) with warp counts up to 100s Ne.
CONVENTIONAL LOOMS A total of around 500 looms are outsourced for producing around 8L meters of high-caliber fabrics per month. The looms are capable of producing any kind of fabric according to the customer's needs.
SPINNING
With installed capacity of 24000 spindles which produces around 10 tonnes of cotton yarn per day. Our major specializations are carded compact weaving and hosiery yarns.
Equipped with machinery from LMW Coimbatore, Muratec Japan, RIETER Switzerland, and TRUTZSCHLER
Germany.
The complete spinning plant is installed with an auto control humidification system and waste collection system. Knitting yarn is sold in major consuming centers in India like Ichalkaranji, Tirupur, and Coimbatore.
Around 25% of the production is exported to Bangladesh and Peru.

We by setting high standards warp and size around 8000 Kgs yarn a day & taking advantage of our in-house spinning, we offer a strategic advantage to our customers of better quality products at a shorter lead time
