Mesalamine Prolonged Release Tablets (Meslataj Dr 1.2 G)

Indications and usage:

meslataj tablets are indicated for the treatment of mildly to moderately active ulcerative colitis and for the maintenance of remission of ulcerative colitis.

meslataj tablets are contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to salicylates or to any of the components of the meslataj tablet.

there have been reports of hepatic failure in patients with pre-existing liver disease who have been administered mesalamine. Caution should be exercised when administering meslataj to patients with liver disease.
