Pressure Die Casting

At LPT, The process of High Pressure Die Casting is made possible through HMT-BHULER machines with a range of 250 tons to 415 tons capacities. These machines are supported with auto ladlers and the furnaces are equipped with automatic temperature control system. Today LPT can manufacture any complicated casting up to 4 kg. in HPDC process using latest technology, Through considerable knowledge of the die casting process, we have been able to create new standards of excellence.

With the compact Gravity Die Casting set-up, LPT can manufacture castings up to 10 Kg. Different types of cores is used as per the need of the casting.

• We assist the customer in their product design thru early supplier involvement programs, so as to deliver the full benefits of the process to our customer.
• Our ability to cast close tolerance profile which often results in reducing the need for secondary operations, giving cost benefit to our customers.
