we offer high grade pressure die casting machine which effectively acts as a non ferrous die casting machine and casts different types of non-ferrous alloys like aluminium, zinc and its alloys. our casting machine has the option of being operated manually and in semi-automatic mode. we offer interchangeable spare-parts for these machines but basically there is minimal need for replacing or maintaining the machine. a distinct feature of our pressure die casting machines is that any existing mould can be loaded on them without needing alteration. our machine fulfills the needs of aluminium die casting machine and brass casting machine.

components and mechanism
machine base : sturdy construction of base supports the injection system on its extension. a part of it is affixed with oil reservoir to contain hydraulic oil. digital thermometer and oil gauge are also provided.die locking mechanisms : sturdy toggle mechanism evenly distributes the force over the die-face. the die space between the two die mounting plates is modifiable. the special attributes of the die locking mechanism are: four hard chrome plated tie bars running on linear bushes for smooth movement of moveable die, and water cooling arrangement for die plates is provided.ejection : a separate cylinder to eject the casting from die cavity is provided injection : plunger is operated by hydraulic means and gives fast shot sequence due to a high pressure accumulator. we offer lower as well as central injection provision.heat exchanger :we provide shell & tube type condenser to cool the oil. condenser can be cleaned simply by removing both the covers.hydraulic system : we use only yuken or vicker pumps with the controls being fitted on a single platform.
