Salient Features

• Immediately cracks the temperature as per process requirement.
• Increase latent heat of steam as steam at lower pressure has higher latent heat compare to steam at high pressure.
• If pressure requirement is less than 3.5 kg / cm², the PRS downstream pipe line will exempted from IBR.
• It allows lower mechanical strength of steam using equipment & there by reducing initial cost & radiation losses.

• Consist of :
  1. Moisture separator with trap assembly. 
  2. Strainer.
  3. Upstream, downstream & by-pass valves.
  4. Pressure reducing valve.
  5. Pressure gauge with siphon on Upstream & downstream.
  6.Safety valve.
