Pressure Test Pumps

GENERAL DESCRIPTION . Hydraulic Pressure Test Pumps conventionally known as Boiler Test Pumps are indispensable to the manufacturers of Boilers, Castings, Centrifugal Pumps, C.I. Mains, Pipelines, Drums, Gas Bottles, Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Welded Vessels etc., for checking their safe working pressure and bursting pressure.

1. The unit represents a plunger pressure pump with a pressure gauge having M.S. Lever for hand operation.

2. It is mounted on strong M.S. Tank and has a discharge cock to relieve pressure on completion of the test and suction pipe into the tank. Working parts like plunger, inlet-valves, outlet valves are made of gun metal which is highly corrosion resistant.

3. It is designed and manufactured in two ranges for working against pressures upto 20 Kg/cm2 and 35 Kg/cm2.
