The Machinery Division has 10 covered bays covering an area of 52,000 sq. meters. The key strength of the Division is our dedicated approach towards the manufacture and supply of Critical Equipment’s, Pressure Vessels and Steel Castings for industries operating in Steel, Power, Cement, Petrochemicals, Mines sector. Our unit is certified with ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004.
The facilities available at the Machinery Division are Steel Foundry, Centrifugal Casting, Machine Shop with latest CNC Machines, Fabrication & Assembly Shops, Shot Blasting, Paint Booth & Heat Treatment Furnaces etc. The unit has been certified with ASME-U, U2, S, R, NB stamps & IBR for manufacturing of Pressure Vessels & Pressure Parts. The material handling capacity in our Pressure Vessel Bay is 250mt at present.
To name a few, our Product Range includes equipment of Steel Plant (Hot Metal Cranes, Blast Furnace, DRI, Sinter Plant, Continues Casters, and Rolling Mill etc.) Power Plant (Rotor, Casing etc.), Cement Plant (Housings, Kiln etc.), Petrochemicals (Ammonia Storage Tank, Air Receiver, Depitched Tar Acid Receiver of stainless steel) etc.
