Teleflo Softener tanks are made of carbon steel and are rubber lined to provide for brine distribution. Design is as per ASME SECTION VIII DIV I. Rubber lining is done to customer specification wherever required and spark test is conducted to ensure zero leakage on to the parent material. Large size tanks can be provide with a retainer plate on the bottom side and the bottom dish can be filled with concrete for reinforcement.

Teleflo engineers have the expertise to design pressure Vessels to ASME section VIII codes. We have welders qualified upto 6 G position Radiography welding can be done as per customers needs. Pressure vessels upto 4 meter Dia meter and 25 meter length can be manufactured. Thickness of vessel that can be handled is 32mm. Fabrication and welding is done strictly as per code. Teleflo has qualificed skilled workers for fabrication, welding and painting of vessels. Third party inspection by Llydods, bureau Veritias, TUV, DNV and any other agency as called for by the customer can be done. We can manufacture, reactor vessels, Softner tanks, Deaerator tanks as per Teleflo design or custom made to Customer requirement..
